2 oz Vodka OR Botanical Gin
1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
2 oz Lemonade
1-2 oz of Prosecco AND/OR 1-2 oz of Club Soda
Lemon
YOU WILL NEED
1-2 oz Jigger
Bar Shaker
Channel Knife
Tall Collins Glass
Cocktail Strainer
1. This is where the adventure begins. Choose your liquor of choice between the vodka and the botanical gin. Pour 2 oz into your bar shaker.
2. Measure 2 oz lemonade and 1/2 oz lavender syrup and pour into your shaker.
3. Shake and strain over ice in your tall Collins glass.
4. How sweet do you like your drinks? The answer to that question will determine the next step in the process. If you prefer your drinks to be on the sweeter side, slowly & gently top your cocktail with 2 oz of Prosecco. If you don’t like your drinks sweet, slowly & gently top with 2 oz of club soda. You can also go half-and-half to land somewhere in the middle (1 oz club soda, 1 oz Prosecco).
5. Using your channel knife, cut a thin piece of the peel of your lemon. Delicately place on the top of the drink. This will add flavor and serve as your garnish.
